Scent sensitivity varies so greatly from person to person. We load our melts with the highest amount of fragrance oil possible because we want our melts to last longer and travel further. If you are concerned with scent strength, we recommend starting with 1 melt and add to adjust to your liking.

Q: How Long Does The Scent Last?
Our rule of thumb is to melt 1 melt for 8 hours of scent time, giving you more value and scent time than other brands. That’s an estimated 96 hours of scent time with our 12 Melts Pouch, 160 hours with our 20 Melts Pouch and 240 hours with our 30 Melts Box.
Q: What is The Shelf Life of Charlotte's Scents Wax Melts?
For optimal scent, we recommend using wax melts within one year of purchase. Make sure your wax melts are stored in a cool environment to prevent premature melting, and in a closed tin or sealed bag to retain freshness.

Yes, you can use our melts in any warmer designed for standard wax melts.
Q: What Happens if a Person or a Pet Ingest a Charlotte's Scents Wax Melt?
The primary ingredient in our melts is non-toxic soy wax. Ingestion of 1-2 of our wax melts will not result in a medical emergency. The person or pet may experience some minor gastrointestinal effects such as nausea.
In the unlikely event that several wax melts are ingested, it is recommended that a physician or the Poison Control Center be contacted for treatment advice. Additionally, keep this product out of the reach of children and pets, as this could be a choking hazard.
